Clean up Notice and Order to all property owners

NOTICE AND ORDER

 

PURSUANT TO Ely City Code 4-1-7, this legal notice shall serve as Notice and Order to all property owners to remove any and all weeds, debris, or other offensive matter from the owner’s property within thirty (30) calendar days after the first publication of such notice and order.  Therefore, the compliance deadline for this notice is May 4, 2025.
